How We Make Money

TradeStart is free for everyone to use. Here is a straightforward explanation of how the site is funded and why that does not affect our comparisons.

Referral Commissions

TradeStart earns money through referral commissions. When a visitor clicks a link on our site and goes on to open an account with a broker, that broker may pay us a one-time referral fee. This is a standard practice across financial comparison websites.

Not every broker listed on TradeStart pays us a commission — some are included purely on the merit of their offering. We review brokers based on their regulation, fees, spreads, platform quality, and customer service, regardless of any commercial relationship.

Our Three Core Principles

Independence

Our research and rankings are produced independently of any commercial agreements. A broker cannot pay to improve its position.

Transparency

We clearly label where affiliate relationships exist. Every broker comparison table includes a disclosure note at the bottom.

User First

Our goal is to help you find the right regulated broker for your needs — not to push you toward the one that pays us the most.

Commercial relationships do not influence our rankings. Brokers are compared objectively on regulation, fees, minimum deposits, available markets, and platform quality. Our editorial team operates separately from any sales or partnership activity.

What We Do Not Do

Your Choice Is Always Yours

Any broker you see on TradeStart is a suggestion based on publicly available information. You should always conduct your own research before opening an account. If you have questions about a specific broker, contact them directly or seek independent financial advice.

If you have questions about our commercial practices, please email us at privacy@tradestart.cc.
